      • For newly promoted AFSMs in 2022 (excluding those promoted during the January promotion window), only Qualifying New FCs appointed from the date of promotion of the new AFSM will count towards him / her. Qualifying New FCs who are appointed prior to the promotion will count towards the upline AL for the purpose of this award

    • Qualifying Criteria

        A Qualifying New FC is an FC who meets all of the following:
        • Appointed in year 2022
        • Achieve at least the Prudential Performance Standards (PPS) AND
        • Still contracted with PACS at the end of the qualifying period
        In the event of a tie in number of direct Qualifying New FCs, the Agency Leader with the highest aggregate qualifying PRUCredit$ from his/her Qualifying New FCs will be the winner.
