How to Pay

You may choose to pay your premium via PayNow via UEN Number, Internet Banking or Telegraphic Transfer.
 

Cashless payment is a safe and convenient way of payment. There are three ways you can make a payment for your group policy with Prudential – Internet Banking, PayNow via UEN Number or Telegraphic Transfer.

Our Financial Consultants are not allowed to collect premiums for your Prudential policies in cash or via bank account transfers. Please also do not transfer money for your premium payment to our Financial Consultants’ personal bank accounts.

PayNow

PayNow
  1. Click Prudential Straight 2 Bank Pay (sc.com).
  2. Enter your Group Policy number, followed by the first 9 digits of your Company’s UEN.
  3. Click ‘Submit’.
  4. View all applicable invoices and credit, if any.
  5. Select applicable invoices for payment and/or offsetting of credit against payment, if any.
  6. Initiate PayNow payment by scanning the QR code displayed.
  7. Once payment is completed, you may download the PDF payment confirmation.


Please make payment to Prudential’s SCB Account via our Group Insurance UEN.

Do note that the QR code expires after 2 hours. Please ensure that you made your payment before that.


Personal bank account will only be accepted when the Payer is either a Director (listed in the ACRA), Managing Director, Partner, Managing Partner or Shareholder of the Company / Policyholder.
